PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

1. WHEN YOU SUBMIT ANY PHOTOS OR VIDEOS TO US, YOU ARE AGREEING AND CONSENTING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1.1 Any media that we deem fit for use will be used and publicly displayed across our social platforms (where applicable). This includes each of the following accounts:

• Facebook: @GorillaWipes.co.uk & @CurranTradingLtd
• Instagram: @gorillawipes
• Twitter: @GorillaWipes
• LinkedIn: GORILLA WIPES®
• YouTube: Gorilla Wipes®

(When appropriate, we may also request to use your content on our partner social platforms too – these will be confirmed to you in a follow-up message.)

1.2 Any media that we deem fit for use is also subject to be publicly displayed across our website. (When appropriate, we may also request to use your content on our partner websites too – again, this will be confirmed to you in a follow-up message.)

1.3 Any media you send in will be attributed to the owner, and your first name or username may also be publicly displayed along with your photo/video on our website and social platforms. We may also include your profession where suitable. (Please let us know if you would prefer to not have any of these details showing).

1.4 In instances where you have sent your photo / video to us via your own social accounts, we will endeavour to tag this account in our post when using your content.

1.5 If you have sent content in via an alternative method (WhatsApp, Email), and would like to have your social accounts tagged, please include any usernames in your initial message.

1.6 Any content sent in is subject to our approval. We may choose not to use your content or to remove it from use at any time.

1.7 Any content sent in and approved will be stored and used at a time that is convenient to us. I.e., there may be a significant gap between you sending the photo/video to us and us using it.

1.8 Any content that is NOT approved by us, will not be eligible for a free tub

1.9 If you no longer wish for your content to be used on any of our social media mentioned in 1.1, you can contact us by email (info@currantrading.co.uk), where we will review your request and, if agreeable, will remove your content where possible within a reasonable timeframe.

1.10 You will not receive any payment or remuneration for use of your photos or videos.

1.11 If we choose to use your photo and / or video you will be gifted ONE free tub of Gorilla Wipes. This tub is not eligible for exchange or refund.

1.12 By submitting your photo or video, you are confirming that you are the legal owner of the photo / video and have the right to allow us to share the content on the media platforms outlined in 1.1.

2. CRITERIA FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

2.1 PHOTOS that contain any offensive or inappropriate images, language or content will immediately be disregarded, and no free tub will be issued.

2.2 VIDEOS that contain any offensive or inappropriate images, language or content will immediately be disregarded, and no free tub will be issued.

2.3 Blurry images cannot be approved or accepted by us. No free tub will be issued if blurry or otherwise un-useable content is sent to us and we deem it unfit. Photos can be sent to us via the methods listed below:
